Okay, got me a girlfriend now and between her and my son, working out is getting harder to find time for. My diet has gone to hell, but I am maintaining my goal weight range so I guess I cannot complain much. Let’s call it a bulk phase! I’m trying to psyche myself up to work off 10-12 more pounds to be completely lean and toned, maybe after the holidays. Until then I’m just going to hit it 3-4 times a week when I can and go heavy. Gotta get the diet back and bust my hump again. I feel like I look good where I am, but I put in a lot of hard work and met my initial long term goals, but now I see where I can go further. It’d be a shame to get this close to a six pack and not go all the way.
