New Year
Well here we are once again, another year gone and we are all another year older. I slacked off around Oct. of 2007 and need to get my motivation back. I am embarking on a 10 week intensity training program. I shall also be posting some before (ugh) and after photos. at the start of my 10 week program and at the end of my program. I hope to see all of ya’lls progress as well. Good luck in the New Year!
