Monday, April 28th, 2008The Palumbo Diet is the method for which I am to cut. I am currently at 170, but 18% bodyfat. The reason i chose to do the Palumbo Diet was because I think it will be easier just to give up carbs all together, rather than worry about portioning them. However, this also sucks, because just the smell of eggs makes me want to puke. Oh well, I’ll just suck it up and enjoy my cheat feast every sunday night…

Day 1: Weight: 168 About 18% bodyfat

5 hardboiled eggs

1/3 cup of cashews, 1 scoop of whey in water
12:00
8 oz of turkey breast, 1/2 cup of cashews
Weights: 2-3

1 scoop whey in water
1/2 cup of cashews
5:20
3/4 lb of ground beef with mustard on top
small salad(all greens, no carrot, or anything) with 1 tablespoon evoo
45 minutes of low intensity cardio
9:00
Protein shake and 2 tablespoons of natty peanut butter
Water intake: gallon and a half
Im surprised i didn’t feel like shit today, due to no direct source of carbs, but weights were intense today
