Wednesday, February 4th, 2009Had my rampage (pre-workout pump/creatine) from 5.15-5.30pm trained at 6pm. Tastes nice and mixes well lime/lemon I think it was. Felt pretty ampt when I arrived at the gym but I think thats all in my head. :-s haha
Squats 60kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 100kgsx6, 100kgsx4 well tried them not best form on last 1-2
1 legged leg press 40kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10 PB, 80kgsx10 really hard, struggled for breath and push them out but kept on going
Stiff legged Deadlifts 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10 twang! my right hammie got a painful twinge, stretched it out and loaded up 60kgsx10, 60kgsx10 nice and easy
Laying leg curls 60×10, 70×10, 80×10, 90×10 nice and slow and power stretched inbetween sets, seems ok now just like its bruised or something :-s
Shattered and a bit woosey so stopped with that, but overall happy with the w/o. Had 200gm chicken salad and another 200gm for later. Women usually eat 100-150gm but flag that I’m a big girl
