					<description>My mom had it. Maybe not exact but they did remove part of her clavical and several bone spurs. She lifts and does water aerobics. However I am not sure how much lifting you are looking to do. May find you will be limited on your maxing, but should be fine as long as you can get full range back and they did not change any of the mechanics of your shoulder.</description>
