Tuesday, July 29th, 2008First day back after a shoulder injury about 4 months ago. The shoulder feels good not sure what the outcome of the mri is gonna be but the doc said i got arthritis around my a/c joint. I developed a bump on my shoulder and the doc said the bone has grown over the joint and he is going to go in there and saw off a piece of the bone. But today I decided since the shoulder feels good I am going to start going hard again, but I am not going to max out my first day.
Warm up, cardio machine.
Plyometrics (box jumps)
Bench press, 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 155 x 10, 185 x 3, 195 x 3, 205 x 3, 215 x 3, 235 x 3
Dead lifts, 135 x 8, 185x 6, 225 x 6, 275 x 3, 285 x 3, 295 x 3, 305 x 3, 315 x 3
Running machine 20 min cardio
