Sunday, May 18th, 2008Tomorrow I am starting a new diet, and workout routine. I still have been working out for the last 6 months, but my diet has not been very strict. I am going for a 10 week routine and hope to drop about 15 pounds. If anyone has any supporting words for me I would appreciate the advice. I noticed when I was entering my workouts and my progressions on here I was more strict on my diet and kept pushing my workouts.
