It’s been a little while!!
Tuesday, November 6th, 2007It’s been a rough couple of weeks. The wife and I bought a house so we had to move, set up all my equipment in the basement, had to unpack, then clean our old apartment before they went through it. So I have been pretty busy but I still mananged to get outside and run 4 days a week for the past 2 weeks.
Going into this year my goal was to get to about 235-240, I managed that in about 6 months. I am 225-227 now which is 96 pounds from my heaviest. I really want to break the 100 pound mark, but not by a little bit. I want to be about 205 by the end of this year.
So Sunday I decided to put my heart and soul back into training like I did in the early part of the year. My training consisted of back, chest, delt circuit training (Monday), Cardio and abs (Tuesday), Legs circuit (Wednesday) Cardio and abs (Thursday) Arms and Delt circuit (Friday) Cardio and abs (Saturday). My lifting days are 3 exercises for each body part for 2 sets of 15-20. My cardio days are jump rope for 10 minutes, plyos, stair sprints, suicides, 100 crunches, 100 flutters (Tuesday). Jump rope 10 minutes, plyos, walk coners and sprint straight aways on the track X 10 laps, 100 crunches, 100 flutters (Thursday). Seemed to work last time, but I think I will do better this time because I can focus on my diet more then just the gym.
