Training today:
Front Squats: 135×10, 205×3x6
Deadlifts: 180×10, 270×8, 360×5, 450×5
Reverse-Hyper: 35×10, 70×3x10  this was the roller reverse hyper. A little different then mine.
Leg Extensions: 20×10, 55×3x10
Seated Calves: 45×3x16
Standing Calves: 45×12, 90×3x12

Very good night. I was able to train at http://www.armbrustprogym.com/ it is awesome and has a great atmosphere.
