Training Session November 5, 2006
This is my start to my "BODYBLOG"
Today was not the best day, but I had to train.
Warm up: Treadmill: 12 min.
Chest:
Bench Press: 145×15, 235×8, 325×6, 365×6, 415×4
Incline BP: 145×8, 235×8, 285×8
Flat DB Press: 150×8, 80×12 felt weak
Back:
Cambered Bar: Low Rows: 145×8, 235×8, 325×8 I had to use straps, the first time in a long time.
Lat Pulldowns: Front: 120×8, 210×2x8
Today everything actually felt heavy. I know I did not eat the best yesterday and I was up late playing golf on my computer. Like a dumbass and I paid for it today.
Tomorrow will be better.
