Pec decks: 35×10, 80×10, 105×10
DY Low Rows: 90×10, 180×10, 270×10
Hammer Strength: ISO High Row: 140×10, 200×10, 140×10 last set was very slow and strict
Lat Pulldowns Front: 135×10, 160×10, 180×10
Getting better, bench is really lagging right now.
