Standing: Behind The Neck Press: 45×12, 70×10, 90×5, 110×5, 150×3x5
Upright Rows: 70×10, 100×8, 150×5
Laterals: 25×10, 30×10, 35×8
Front Raise: 25×10, 30×10, 35×8
Rear Delt Raise: 20×10, 25×8, 30×8
Stretching
Felt better this time then the last time I tried the BNP’s.

It was a very, very shitty night! Getting old sucks!
Cardio: Treadmill 20 mins.
BP: 145×15, 235×8, 285×5, 305×4, 325×3, 345×2, 365×1
Behind the Neck Press: 45×10, 75×2x10, 95×8
I have not done these in a very long time and it made both my shoulders hurt. Not a pump or burn, but pain. All well, enough complaining.
