The WALL!!
So today was probably my worst day in the gym in the last 2 months. I dunno if it was lack of energy, motivation, or just pure distraction. But every lift i did was like 10-20 lbs less than what i was doing last week for the same amount of reps. I tried to do the similar weight but had no energy or strength to do it.
So anyways I guess i just rest for tonight and try to keep going bigger and harder and heavier tomorrow.

I think it is because it is Monday. Good luck tommrow. Hey you’re one ahead just by going to the gym. I remind myslelf there is alway someone out there working harder and more then you and there is always someone out there doing nothing at all. I tell myself that I want to be able to compete with the people working as hard or harder than me and it always seems to get me motivated.
