I have a super flat butt.. aka booty.. aka ass… lol Anyone have any good tips to help change this. Im tired of it being flat.

I’ve found Smith Machine Squats and Sprints on a Football Field work great for me. Of course those are two of the hardest exercises. I’ve read lunges, but they seem to work my inner quads more than my glutes.
