well I have not been dieting like I wanted to. Instead I have been eating like a horse and lifting really heavy. However, while i was lifting at my school (Wayne state university) I had some guy approach me telling me about a bench contest and a Mr. Wayne BB contest. So as of yesterday, 9-13-07, I started dieting for a contest that is 24 weeks away. I figured that gives me a shit load of time to get lean and try to work on any problem areas I have. As for the bench contest I will enter that and I will dominate all the little guys that go to my school…. Even the football players…. My strength has been going up and up every week. 2 weeks ago I did 320 for 12 reps, then right after I did 405 for 1 rep. Although this week I started getting a soreness in my left shoulder so I had to half ass my workouts. But I will keep everyone up to date with my diets and lift on my body space profile.

FINALY IM DONE WITH THE Mcat!!! i can finaly start doing my workouts and diets. i have gained a shit load of weight the past few months and now its time to start the DIET! i will be posting my caloric intake and workouts again. also every week there will be an update to my measurments. I MUST get back to about 210… im way to FAT to fit into my close! ill kep everyone up to date!

Well fasting is starting to get to me and its only my 3rd day. Its not so much I want fatty food, or beef, or chicken. Its just that im not making healthy choices. Like ill eat potato chips because there cooked in sunflower oil not lard. Or candy because there’s nothing form an animals. I just wish there is a better way to make fish so it taste better! But as long as I drop some weight this week ill be happy I guess:. Till next time

Well i jsut got back form the gym and i did a realy quick chest work out. i started off with a 10 min Warm up on the bike then i did….
Machine press 180 x 15 450 x 6 450 x 4 450 x 4

i started feeling kind of tired, even though my carb intake is very high…. however it could be from te no breakfast this morning.

Ohh boy:.. Back from Miami and starting my train from scratch! Today I did a 2-a-day workout. Chest in the morning and biceps in the afternoon. I felt really weak today.

Ok people sorry I haven’t been adding stuff in a while, but I have been really busy! Well all my stats and measurements are the same. I have been working out everyday, I just been eating like crap! Well today is about 2 weeks till I go to Miami for X-Mas with my girl friends and well im trying to lose something before then:.. Even though I know crash diets aren’t good, im still doing it!Today was back day and here is my work out:.
