First Back/Bi/Core home gym workout
May 5, 2009Started out w/ a fairly easy work out. I’m trying to avoid DOMS and the subsequent down time. It felt good just to get back into it. Believe it or not, the tire flips really destroyed me. They’re nasty.
Wide grip pull ups- 8, 7, 6
Deadlift- 135# x 5, x 5, x 10, x 8
Bent-over DB row- 40# 3 x 10
Tractor Tire flips/hops- 2 x 5
Kettle Bell Swings- 30# 2 x 10 (each arm)
Standing BB Curl- 65# x10, x12, x10
Eliptical - 8 mins, setting 2.
