235lbs. and 6 weeks to go
Did my Cardio (45min) + abs + lower back in the morning
At 2 pm I trained chest
Very exausted today. But I know my mood won´t change next weeks
Just 450 Carbs and 300 Protein today… I´m sooo hungry

Didn´t sleep so well last night. I think it was because of the hunger… but the night is over at least.
Todays diet schedule:
8 am: Biceps + cardio
2 pm: Triceps + abs
600 carbs and 300 Protein. Damn. I´m happy about my carbs today

first off, i want to say you look awesome! I am curious as to why you are hungry. Couldent you keep carbs low but protein and good fats high so you could eat every two hours? I don’t know what your diet consists of but it seems to be working. I don’t think,however, you should be hungry. Good luck competing! You’ll do very well.

600 carbs again and 300 Protein… hungry as always.
9 hours of sleep today and now focusing on my leg trainining at 10am.
bodyweight was 234 today mornig and energy levels decrease just a little
finishing the day with 45min of cardio and calves at 4pm.
After all I´ll have a sauna before bedtime and after practising my posing routine…

Had a wakeful night today…
Feeling very flat and powerless
Last day on 600 carbs and 300 Protein
Doing my cardio in the mornig and abs today.
At 2pm working out my shoulders.
Now sitting here and try to get trough the rest of the day without wasting energy.

Feeling good in the mornig and after great arm workout in the mornig, deeply exhausted…
