Starting to try to get better with my diet,my workouts are great but my diet is lacking a sound plan.Now it’s just deciding how to eat and how much to eat,some days it’s a never ending hunger then others it hard to get enough nutrition in my body,the classic yo-yo one day up one day down.I’m trying to commit to 3000 cal a day up from the 2500 I was on and dropping 2 lbs a week but straving all the time.With 5 mnths to go in this year my goal will be lose another 30 lbs of fat and continue to maintain some muscle tone,so now it’s work hard then work harder for me!!!!

Well March is over and my diet sucked big time,the only good thing is no weight gain(thank goodness)…
A new mnth and a new found glory to get better results.I’m back on my diet and workout program and shooting for a 10 lb drop in April.I know what to do,I just need to do it.So I must hold myself accountable and stick to the plan.
Still weighing in at 310 lbs and it’s killing me,the need to be below 300 is my drive right now,just a short term goal and one of many…

SUPERPUMP 250….not for me,tried it for 3 days and won’t be using it anymore!!!BAD,BAD reaction to it on the third day of use, took it at 4 pm and hit the gym for my workout,didn’t feel right the whole time at the gym,so I cut my workout short. My heart racing from 4:30 pm until 3 am(I don’t have heart problems)no sleep and just didn’t feel right.I paid 40 bucks for this stuff and it’s not for me(gave it away).
So no SUPERPUMP for me!!!!!Anyone else had this problem or did I get a bad batch?

Well the first mnth of 08 has come to an end,and I’ve been sticking to my plan 1-01-08 @325/1-31-08@315.So far so good a 10 lb drop,I’m shooting for 60 lbs of body fat to come off this year and gain lean muscle mass…
My diet has been pretty good and the workouts are strong,I’m hoping to carry this momentum into the next mnth and get closer to the 300 lb mark…I must work harder and will work harder,it’s been to to hard of a journey to give up now…

The race to 300 lbs, a short term goal I’ve set for myself and maybe it’s just a mental thing but being below 300 lbs will be sooooo sweet.
I have haven’t taken any progress pics as of yet and 300 is where I will start…..to me there is no progress, to everyone else you’ve lost alot of weight,so pics will be up when my goal is met…..318 lbs and still working….THX….Ty

Like most when a new year is upon us there is a new determination to change things in our lives,I’m still working on last years resolution but this time it feels different.Last year I was in the gym 4 to 5 days a week and lost some a great deal of body fat(50+lbs)but still obese and getting closer to 40 something has to be done,I can’t keep living like this ,I won’t keep living like this(this weight is unhealthy).I’m in the gym always,weights and cardio has become my best freind my problem is the on again off again(diet)lifestyle change,it is my life that I have to change,so with all the trips to the gym to get better results I resolve to eat better and stop slacking on eating what’s right,so far so good…..1-1-08 325lbs…..1-11-08 320lbs ..5lbs down and still working hard……THX… TY

This year I decided to gain control of my life and do something about being morbidly obese(375 lbs 1-01-07),no surgeries, no fad diet,no quick weight loss methods but a LIFE STYLE CHANGE,which is what I call it because my life has to change in order to reach what at first seem to be unrealistic.Unrealistic to some but or so real to many on BodySpace,lose 75 lbs lbs of bodyfat in one year,my goal on day one,was it reached "No",disappointed "No", I’ve lost weight,over 50 lbs.So ,was this a GOOD OR BAD YEAR,I say a "GREAT".THANKS TO ALL MY FRIENDS,the support, that always how are things going,that keep me posted and the good job,all was needed and will be needed.I AM NOT THROUGH!!!!!!THX TY.

Today was suppose to be a rest day,just sit around the house before work and do nothing and it’s raining which made a better reason to stay.After sitting for only ten minutes I decide to go to the gym anyway for some much needed cardio(like most people I hate it)but for a guy my size I need to do more If I plan to reach my goal,375lbs my start weight on Jan 1 2007 now 325lbs my current weight and trying to get to 300lb by Dec 31,so I needed to drag my butt to the gym.You hear so many different stories,I don’t do cardio only lift weights,or I only do cardio ,I’m a big guy and I see alot of big guys with light weight max,which is no problem but I’m pretty strong and don’t want to be the big strong guy,I want to be the guy that looks pretty strong,so to get down to my goal I need to do cardio….

Obviously I’m not a bodybuilder and don’t want to be, but to achieve my goal of living a healthier lifestyle, I lift weights like one ,diet somewhat like one, and do cardio like one,so what better place to go than a bodybuilding website.So why am I here, well I thought it was to get support from people who are fit and those that want to be fit(like me)but it’s seem to be a oneway street for the most part.Don’t get me wrong their are some great people on this site some for the good and some just to google at ladies,I,m not here for that,only for support and maybe help someone esle besides myself.So I ask why are you here,I’m here for me,to get as much help as possible to reach my goals….So I say taking from the wonderfull Msfitness if you get a comment feel free to give one good or bad we are all adults,at least I would like to think so….

Woke up tired and wanted to rest but decided to go workout instead ,I need to increase my cardio (I hate cardio but need to burn the calories) so I started out on the stationary bike for 10 min,stair master for 5 (kicked my butt) I wanted to stop but kept pushing ,and finished off with 15 min on the treadmill all at 60 to 75 mhr,then hit abs and bicep workout,also 20 grams of protein before workotut and 60 grams after!!!!!
