Hard Work
Starting to try to get better with my diet,my workouts are great but my diet is lacking a sound plan.Now it’s just deciding how to eat and how much to eat,some days it’s a never ending hunger then others it hard to get enough nutrition in my body,the classic yo-yo one day up one day down.I’m trying to commit to 3000 cal a day up from the 2500 I was on and dropping 2 lbs a week but straving all the time.With 5 mnths to go in this year my goal will be lose another 30 lbs of fat and continue to maintain some muscle tone,so now it’s work hard then work harder for me!!!!

Same here; Seems the diet is most people’s issue. Stay determined and be blessed! It’ll happen for you!
