STILL DOING GOOD

WELL I STARTED OVER AGAIN IN JAN 2008 AT 272LBS NOW I AM 259LBS I HAVE BEEN DOING GOOD AND STICKING TO IT  I AM NOT READY FOR A PROGRESS PIC YET CAUSE YOU REALLY CANT SEE A DIFFERENCE BUT I FEEL THE IT MY ARMS AND LEGS ARE GETTING BIGGER BUT NOT TO MUCH DEFENITION I AM HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THAT OH WELL THATS ALL FOR NOW ILL JUST KEEP TRYING AND NOT GIVE UP

well hello i f@#ked  up again i have not went to the gym in 3 weeks and have been eating bad i just started back saturday and this time i am keeping a journal and going to keep trying until i get it right it is so hard to do by me working so many hours at work i be tired but i am going to keep trying and not give up

This time I am trying harder

Well hello I have not wrote in a while but to catch everything up I still have been going to the gym and doin the damn thing but this time I put somthing extra in the mix I went and got a bike so now I am riding my bike and going to the gym soon i will be changing my name and updating my pic wait until you see me you all are going to shocked especially after what I been through everything is looking good I want to thank everyone who helped me stay strong so thats all and keep checking for the new pic and stats I will update you later

still good

well i am still hanging in there i drink and eat alot of protein and i go to the gym 2 days on one day off depending on my personal problems if i miss time from the gym i do my wrokout at home but everything is still good anyone have any good tips let me know

getting back on track

today was my 1st day back in the gym in about 3 weeks i final have a work out partner he was a good help to me today i worked so hard today i felt sick maybe i should have ate b4 the gym from here on out there will be some progress going on i am going to stop playing around and get busy no more messing up my moto is try and try again  never give up or give in

Weight Lose

I finally stop playing around and starting doing cardio at fist I was not doing much and still eating what I want but now I stop playing and I lose 4lbs in one week I feel could about myself this will help me try even harder now that I have lost some weight
