Getting Back To It.
so for most of june and july i just kinda stopped dieting and slacked on going to the gym. l’ve been maitaining my weight @ about 235-236 and last week started recording my weight again and gettin back to the keto style diet. off the bat i dropped about 2lbs. i was stoked. i switched fro no explode to superpump cuz no was messin with my stomache too much and started on the muscle cuz i had a good coupon for it and it was too good to let it expire. the superpump has a weird taste and the mm has a weird after taste but i’m happy with both. i wish the mm didn’t 300 calories per serving but i’m just using half a serving. right now my goal is still to hit 220lbs. with about 10lbs to go i’m hopping it won’t take too long.
