In need of some guidance!
lately i’ve been loosing motivation cuz i’m not seeing results anymore. at first i saw the results on the scale, i dropped like 17lbs in a month n a half then noticed i was stronger cuz heavy weights didn’t seem so heavy anymore. but lately i haven’t seen much of anything. i’m debating if i should concentrate on losing the excess weight first then hitting the weights hard and gaining muscle, cuz i’d really like to be slimmer but buff. would it be best if i just went insane w/the cardio for 8weeks to lose the fat, then add the lifting to gain the mass? would that be easiest to achieve my goal? i usually do cardio after doing weights, should i drink my post workout shake after i finish the weights or after my entire session???

You just have to keep pushing.

Stick to the resistance work. Cardio is just the icing on the cake. You’ll be burning plenty of fat off from intense exercise and keeping the rest times short to keep your heart rate up.
What’s your overall diet typically look like in a day? Most of the time when you hit a plateau its most likely nutrition, but also can be from doing the same thing too long.
Also, how much time are you giving yourself for rest and recovery?

its tuff for me to get in meals cuz i get up so early and i’m bouncing around a lot for work so i rely on protein shakes a lot. so my first 2 meals are really shakes, half casein and half whey protein about 3 hours apart then i take n.o. xplode on a empty stomache n hit the gym. sometimes i’ll eat, wait then take n.o. xplode, but after the gym i go home and eat high protein food, usually 3 or 4 scrabbled eggs w/ketchup. then dinner is mostly meat and veggies for carbs. i dn’t really eat a lot of carbs but i do have my days where i’ll have a bagel or something.
