YOUR THOUGHTS?
is it normal that my chest gets sore EVERYTIME i work on it? i don’t really do heavier wieghts than my session before but it never fails. my chest will be sore as hell for the next 2 days and it makes me tired and almost feels like i’m gettn the flu or something? i thought that after awhile of lifting you shouldn’t be getting too sore anymore, just feel tightness. its the only muscle that gets like that. i could work other muscles all day and not get sore like i do when i work my chest! any theories or opinions?

Are you getting enough rest between chest days? I know when I try to work my chest again too soon, I get the same kind of soreness.

acutally becuz of the soreness i can only work my chest 1 once a week. day of workout i’m ok i have that nice tght feeling, nxt day i’m hurtin and feel like i’m gettn sick, nxt day i’m sore but dnt feel sick and i won’t feel completely better untill like 4 days later.

I’ve felt sore to the point where i dont feel like moving, but never felt sick. I’m one of those people that look for the soreness, to me its an indication of how hard I worked that particular muscle. However if you are feeling "sick", then you may want to consult a Dr.

see my chest is really the only body part that gets sore like that. its not that i have symptoms or anything, but usually when ppl are coming dwn with something 1 of the first things they feel is muscle aches. usually when i lift i get tight, not sore like i do with my chest. i wish i could go a session withough getting sore for 5 days! tightness i dn’t mind cuz its gone in a day or 2. thx for the reply, at least i’m not the only one.
