Back at it but going slow
well I finally got up off my fat ass and got my ass into this gym this morning after it being a few months since I last went. im only doing cardio for about 6 weeks to kinda get my energy levels back up and get used to going again then I will add the weight training. When I was on the bike this morning DAMN!!! I wanted to go in the weight area and lift weights SO BAD!!! but I gotta wait til I get my body used to working out again before I do that. wish me luck everyone. I’m still working 2 jobs started working homehealth which is a little more demanding than my last job so it is kinda starting to take its toll already but hey its all right though im no fretting about it! gonna stikc with it all the way!
