well I finally got up off my fat ass and got my ass into this gym this morning after it being a few months since I last went. im only doing cardio for about 6 weeks to kinda get my energy levels back up and get used to going again then I will add the weight training. When I was on the bike this morning DAMN!!! I wanted to go in the weight area and lift weights SO BAD!!! but I gotta wait til I get my body used to working out again before I do that. wish me luck everyone. I’m still working 2 jobs started working homehealth which is a little more demanding than my last job so it is kinda starting to take its toll already but hey its all right though im no fretting about it! gonna stikc with it all the way!

Well I have been working my second job for about 2 weeks now and I have been really tired. I tried going to the gym before I start work and everything was fine til I pulled a muscle in my GLUTE!!!! yeah painful! hurts to sit drive do anything involving sitting!!!!!. my diet! yeah has totally sucked because I dont have time to cook at all! I’m gonna have to cook over the weekend in order to be able to stay on top of eating right during the week!!!! I have figured out that I’m going to hit the gym 3 days a week that way i have a day of rest in between and gonna buy some energy shots in order to get up and going in the mornings when I do go to the gym! My other job is part time but it is demanding……so I’m trying to hang in there because I need the extra money very badly!

Before you freak out LOL just read what I got to say… I have finally FOUND a job that will allow me to go to the gym and workout for 2 hours in the morning. My second job, I work as a PCA (Personal Care Attendant) I have 3 members that I see. one I will be seeing monday-friday 2hrs a day another on tuesdays for 3 hours and my last member mondays wednesdays and fridays for 2 hours its wonderful and super easy job! I wasnt suppose to start until tomorrow but I started on friday to fill in for a person! it was wonderful I enjoyed it. Its gonna take some getting used to but I think I will be able to manage it. The economy and with the way everything is going is so rough right now and I really need the extra money so thats why I was as patient as I could be and finally landed the PERFECT parttime job! wish me luck! I just hope I can keep up with my diet while working these hours!

well saturday for some odd ball reason after I brushed my teeth before I went to work. my teeth bottom left side where my fillings are started hurting?! so I kinda ignored it went on with my day because I had to work a double that day. As the night pressed on, the pain started getting worse and worse. So thank goodness I had some aleve with me took one of those, it kinda helped but not much so after 8-12hrs I took another seemed to help a little bit more but didnt. Tried a tylenol 3 and WOW those things make me so sick… NO MORE OF THOSE.. my dentist that I have been seeing for years has had some remodelling done to his office due to water damage so this is has been on for a few months now from what I heard so their office doesnt open til tomorrow but they have an answering machine for people to leave messages and calls would be returned after 5pm! well never got a call and I called twice and left 2 messages! So monday I didnt go to the gym was just hurting way to bad.. Not going this morning either. I dont plan on going back until I gte my mouth taken care of. Because I have been worn out and tired due to being in alot of pain. Hoping to hell I dont have to have a damn root canal……I think I knocked some of my fillings out. they dont look right at all when I look at them in the mirror

I only went to the gym monday and tuesday of last week due to what happened on tursday evening.. I was so mad and upset I couldnt go to the gym. My moms car was stolen from her job last tuesday evening around 445pm. ever since then I have been helping her and being there for her taking her where she needs to go and such until she got her rental car which was on wednesday. It was a VERY STRESSFUL TIME!!! but the police recovered the 3 hours later on the east side of oklahoma city whichy is DEEP in the GHETTO!!!! the car was not driveable at all! we know who done it they are under age and here in oklahoma with their ****ed up laws they wont do anything to minors here! so anyhow insurance is paying for everything which we are thankful for! my mom had a LARGE quantity of money inside her car which when she went to the police impound to see her car and look in it. the hoodrats didnt look in the cubby hole where the money was and it was all STILL THERE!!!! talk about a REAL BLESSING!!!. well the insurance adjuster is coming out today at 3 to look at the damages and then it will be hauled to the body shop for repairs. Wish us luck
. I went back to the gym this morning after only going 2 days last week. I feel good. had a LARGE dinner last night for fathers day! OMG.. WOW I have leftovers which I split up into 2 small meals which will work out GREAT! so they dont go to waste
other than that Im feeling really good today and plan on going to the gym every morning this week!

well made it through the 2nd week! feeling great! have stuck to my diet and havent strayed. thought about having a cheat meal but ya know I really dont want to! I want to continue doing as well as I am and lose so more weight before I have to go back to the doctor in august! my doctor is very caring and concerned about my health so I hope to at least be in the 280s by then. Ya know now that I mention it… I should set a small goal to see if I can be at 285 by august? hmmm I think its doable!? LOL Well this morning I have been cleaning house and moving about after I finished breakfast and relaxing before I finishing up with the vacuuming and such
. cant wait til monday! back to the gym hitting the iron!
and thank goodness its PAYDAY! cause I really need that check! LOL anyways Thanks for reading!

Well I started monday back to the gym after being off a month. today is friday I feel great! had a good workout! tried some different exercises made me feel good!!! I plan on resting this weekend, stick to my diet and portioning, drink plenty of water and get lots of rest so I can hit it again on monday!!! Get my momentum going to I wont let anything get in my way again! These things happen to everyone ya know. Some people can bounce right back in it instantly, others it might take a little more time like me for example…It took a while for me to get back in it. But here I am… I did it

Well I havent been able to find me another job yet every place I have applied for I have either received a call or a postcard or letter in the mail stating they dont have any available hours that I can work. which the hours I requested are daytime hours which those are the hours that go really fast. I cant work evenings because thats what I already work. would prefer NOT to work over nights because if I tried to go to the gym after being up 16hrs from that evening through the night there would be NO WAY I could stay up to workout for a couple of hours. Soooo I’m working all these hours because I need the money. I’m working a double today! TIME AND A HALF is always good. I was told I could leave early but I dont think I will I will just stay the full 16 and get my overtime!. my eating still sucks… getting my supplements worked back into my system though which is a good thing. I’m really trying to get back on this its just really hard for me right now. I was working on my 12 bolt posi rearend with my dad yesterday and was trying to hammer the axle inside the rearend with my hand and ended up banging my wrist bone against a large bolt! YEAH IT HURT>>>STILL HURTS AND IS SORE!!!! so no weight lifting for me for a while!….other than this I’m still trying to make ends meet and make things work as far as my fitness and weight loss goals go. been pretty stressful….

I only did 30 minutes of cardio being as how its been damn near a month since I have been in the gym. my chest was burning pretty bad so thats why I ony done 30 minutes. I figure I will do cardio for the rest of this week and then get back to weight lifting starting monday. I still havent found another job yet still stressing over that but I couldnt sit around here anymore eating constantly. I have started eating right again slowly but doing it again and drinking my huge jug of green tea. started my supplements up over the weekend and starting to feel a bit better waking up in the mornings and stuff.

For a routine check up on my blood pressure and weight.. HAHA! well what I dont understand is why I had to go to the doctor pay 20 bucks for the visit for him to tell me what I already know?! I mean I know doctors gotta make a living too so I guess its legit but damn! anyhow! my blood pressure was 142/104 I have gained 10lbs in the past 3 months since my last doctor visit. of course he wanted to know what was wrong I told him I’m trying to find more work more hours and I have applied at several different places and no one has called me back accept for one but they said they would call back if they have a schedule that fits me which I have a feeling they wont call back. So I’m really depressed right now and eating whenever I feel like it. My finances are really low and I have been having to resort to using my savings and I really HATE doing that so I have only been using it when I REALLY NEED TO!.. Still havent been to the gym…:( I just dont have the desire to go because of the things I have been eating. I havent been eating right because I cant really afford to buy the things I would like to so I could eat right so…everything is still on hold until I can get another job suitable to support my time that I spend in the gym. I dont know what else to do. I refuse to work another full time job becase I wont have time for the gym if I do that. Thats why I keep searching for a good part time job with flexible hours
