I am giving the Dave polumbo cutting diet a go for the next 6 to 8 weeks depending on my progress. It is more or less a version of a keto diet. I have had read of peopleing getting good results in a relatively short amount of time following this diet. I will also at tis time be doing layne norton’s power hypertrophyy workout program while cutting. After week 2 on the diet i will be taking lean xtreme to kick it up a bit. I am not trying to get to single bf numbers just want to be around 12 percent but a little less would be ok. Right now i am not sure where i am at right now but i would guess around 20% give or take. I started yesterday March 30, and so far its going pretty good. I did chest and arms hypertrophy yesterday and and am hitting legs hyper today. I am not going any cardio other than 5mins befor my workouvt to warmup, i will add it in as progress stalls.

comments:
had a very good workout getting good pumps. strength is up a little. my hamstrings still hurt from tuesday i hope there ok by tommarrow. i have also noticed
that the past 2 nights i have been sleeping a little deeper and getting more restful sleep ,except when my kid wakes me up in the middle of the night.
things are looking good so far.

sorry i haven’t posted in a few days but i am trying to do a log in the forum. cause i am trying some new sups. for the next 8 weeks. i am taking hyperdrol and mass fx but i will try an log my workouts here also for those of you who are following. i changed it up, i am currently doing a 2 day split done twice a week i will post later today with the workout..i also posted some starting progress pics on monday .

well today was an off day i did 30min. of cardio and some streching. i did get to go out withmy friends last night . but we had to leave early cause of my kid. but it was ok that cheese burger was pretty good, today jailynn was not feeling good but i think it was her teeth. she seems ok now well untill tammarrow.
