Can anyone help me on this????

I am doing a paper on client assessments and I am kinda lost.  One is a golfer is 55 his and the second is a wrestler a 14 year old teen. What kind of assessment would you use and why.  I just need a start on where to go with this.

I am waiting to get my Personal Trainer Certification. MY school (ISSA) just received my test yesterday(10/01/2009) Now I have two weeks to wait for my results. I have big plans for the future. I am also getting ready to do shows in the near future.

Hit a new record

 I worked my shoulders today and Hit a new record I am at 235lbs on shoulder shrugs today…. Im am so happy to hit a new record.. I am looking forward to seeing future progress in my training..

Hit a new record

 I was dumbbell pressing at 50lbs I am now pressing 60lbs. Got to love it. My nexy goal it to be at 70lbs
