Started training today for 2012. I am looking to drop down to 190lbs I am at 208 at this time. Started to look over my past diet and realized I need to make changes. I am also going to be doing the OBF transformation this year. Looking to make some big changes in 2012. I always hear I can't do this and can't do that.. well this year this is not going to happen to me. I had a hand injury last year which put me out of the transformation on top of my Camera died on me. This time there is no holding me back. I am in this FTW!!!!!!!!!! Got some good people behind me to kick my butt when I need that extra push.. Photos will be added as time goes. My first 2012 photos should be up soon and then I am off and running. Tonight will be Chest and Biceps. Cardio is done. On meal 4 and have two more to go. I will be eating 5-6 times a day.
