Does anyone know any good exercises for the military training. I might be going into the military soon and i want to get a jump on things. I am waiting to get my Personal Trainer Certification. MY school (ISSA) just received my test yesterday(10/01/2009) Now I have two weeks to wait for my results. I have big plans for the future. I am also getting ready to do shows in the near future.
