 I HAVE HAD MY SURGERY YESTERDAY. EVERYTHING HAS TURNED OUT OK. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE 2 WEEKS THE MOST TO RECOVER. I WILL BE STARTING UP AFTER THE 2 WEEKS. WATCH OUT I WILL BE BACK AND HEADING FOR THE TAMPABAY CLASSIC IN 2010. i WILL POST A VIDEO SOON AND MORE UPDATES ON MY TRAINING

 To all my bodyspace friends I am going to go into surgery tomorrow at 1pm for my left knee. After surgery i will and plan on training very hard for the tampabay classic in 2010..
