  I am to see the doctor on 2/27/08 for my surgery consult. Hopefully i will be going in the following week for my sugery. After I heal I will be back full force getting reay for 2010 show (tampabay classic). I know I won’t be ready for 2009 but watchout for some kicking results on this body. stay tuned for the next update

 I hope to get back into training soon I have been unable to orkout due to my knee injury. It has been almost 41/2 months since i worked out . I really hope I can get back into it soon. I want to enter the tampabay classic in 2009 if I can get my surgery done soon. Then I will get down with he program. I am also in school for my Personal trainers certification.
