		<description><![CDATA[The Doctor says I can&#8217;t workout for at least 2 months. I was playing hockey Friday night and seperated my right shoulder. I probably will lose alot of hard earned muscle, Is there anything worse than that? I think not!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2008 Has not started the way I had hoped!    I have lost about 5 pounds of hard earned muscle because I have been too busy at work to train right or eat right for the whole month of January. Now to top it off I got some kind of stomach virus that has given me the joys of throwing up and having diarrhea for the last 4 days, and even the smell of any food makes me want too vomit all over again. I sure hope things don&#8217;t continue on this trend!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is leg day the hardest day of the week, but also the most satisfying day of the week! It is usually the only day that I feel nauseated and feel like I am going to lose my pre workout meal or shake all over the gym floor. But when it is all over I feel like I accomplished something and the next two or three days of barely can walk soreness will prove it! So now I must get everything ready for the hardest workout of the week. Which for me includes Eating several meals before my workout, my MP3 player with some kick ass music and my post workout shake and then post workout meal about 45 minutes later.       Leg day you can make excuses to skip it or you get your ass in the gym bust your ass and grow some wheels.
