					<description>Yea if you continue to lift the other arm actually what happens is that your body will atleast try to maintain to muscle and limit the amount of atrophy in the other arm. This happens because the body is continuously trying to balance it self out. I forget the ratios but its in well known published scientific body mechanism books. So continue to lift the other side of your body your not going to have one monsteros side and one small side in effect you'll be able to recover faster and come back stronger. It recommended for alot of leg injuries</description>

					<description>Doctors R Us. lol.  I fell off a 2 story roof and landed on my shoulder, did the same thing you did. Doc says don't use it.  I couldn't raise my arm past the top of my chest without it hurting like hell, or turn it in certain directions.

I went ahead and lifted and I can't even tell that it ever happened now. It took me about 4 months to lose all pain but I continued to lift weights.  If you do lift, lift lite.  If it hurt lift less.
