Bad Start to the New Year
Monday, January 28th, 20082008 Has not started the way I had hoped! I have lost about 5 pounds of hard earned muscle because I have been too busy at work to train right or eat right for the whole month of January. Now to top it off I got some kind of stomach virus that has given me the joys of throwing up and having diarrhea for the last 4 days, and even the smell of any food makes me want too vomit all over again. I sure hope things don’t continue on this trend!!
