Leg day
Wednesday, February 21st, 2007It is leg day the hardest day of the week, but also the most satisfying day of the week! It is usually the only day that I feel nauseated and feel like I am going to lose my pre workout meal or shake all over the gym floor. But when it is all over I feel like I accomplished something and the next two or three days of barely can walk soreness will prove it! So now I must get everything ready for the hardest workout of the week. Which for me includes Eating several meals before my workout, my MP3 player with some kick ass music and my post workout shake and then post workout meal about 45 minutes later. Leg day you can make excuses to skip it or you get your ass in the gym bust your ass and grow some wheels.
