Hey Everybody,
I get contacted alot on this website from people asking different questions, so i thought i would put it out there. I have been training for around 10 years now and have gained a reasonable amount of knowledge from my experiences in both training and diet. I do not confess to be a guru in any way shape or form, just by my own personal experiences.
So, if you have any questions. Please feel free to contact me as i enjoy helping others as much as i possibly can do.

Hi guys & girls,
There is someone going on this website who contacts you offering sponsorship. To verify that you are you he/she asks you to take a picture holding a piece of paper with a code on it.
The only reason i went along with it is because i have very kindly been offered and received sponsorship via this website from other users.
He/ she contacts you initially on here then asks you to speak via an email account. I called there bluff and they became quiet abbusive towards me. I have also recognised one or two other faces that they have done this too from this website.
So be careful, below is the link

Hi Guys & Girls, I started the FST - 7 training 3 weeks ago. I have been training for 10 years, and i have to say it works. The principal is this: 7 sets, with a MAXIMUM of 30 seconds rest between each set.
In between each set take on LOADS (or more than you normally consure whilst training)of water as this helps to push water & blood deeper into the muscle fibres. You will drop the weight you normally lift as you will not be able to push that heavy for 7 sets. You get a great pump and you are sore as hell for days later.
I have been incorporating it into my chest, shoulders & traps as these are areas that i want to really develop. If anybody has any questions, please feel free to contact me, as i can not say enough good things about this style of training.
KEEP PUMPING

I recently went a trained with non other than Mr. Dorian Yates which was an experience. I trained his way ( Heavy duty), the principle is to warm up the muscle, tendons, joints etc etc. This is done by doing 2 warm up sets, 1st set is very light, second set you increase the weight slightly. You want to do 15-20 reps for both, then you do your final warm up set, this consists of about 70% of your maximum weight.
By this point your muscle should be semi pumped and ready to go. Right this is when your workout seperates the boys from the men. You do 1 all out set for about 6-8 reps, with the possabilty of either doing some negatives or falsed reps. You will find you have to mentally focus harder as you only have 1 shot at getting this right.
We did back and after the first exercise my back felt 10 ft wide, we did the following:
Nautilus pull overs
Hammer rows to the front
dumbell rows
Seated rows
Deadlifts
I recommend trying it for 6- 8weeks, i have got so much stronger as you have more recuperation time between each workout. Give it a whirl!!!
