FREE TRAINING & DIET GUIDANCE
Hey Everybody,
I get contacted alot on this website from people asking different questions, so i thought i would put it out there. I have been training for around 10 years now and have gained a reasonable amount of knowledge from my experiences in both training and diet. I do not confess to be a guru in any way shape or form, just by my own personal experiences.
So, if you have any questions. Please feel free to contact me as i enjoy helping others as much as i possibly can do.

Hi Sam,
To give you a one word answer is very hard. The basic of getting bigger is lift heavy weights, eat high calories.
If you are abit more specific, i can hopefully help

In regards to biceps, just becuase they are not sore does not mean they have not been worked.
Bicpes are one of thoese muscle groups that get over trained by most people, in terms of work load and technique.
I can pretty much guarantee that you are probably lifting to much weight and not contracting the bicep fully.
For example, my arms are aound 19 1/2 in, yet i curl less weight in the gym than most guys.
In short, its not what you lift, but how you lift it
