I Broke A Barrier Tonight!!!!
When I first tried cardio when I started this journey I could only get 5 minutes in on the eliptical trainer. Being out of shape for soo long and being this heavy has completely weighted me down…. literally.
The second time I got in 10 minutes and was sore for days.
Tonight I got in my full 30 minutes and I feel great. It feels soo good to be able to do that again!
I haven’t weighed in yet to check progress… mostly because I am scared, however, when I got home tonight I measured the biggest part of me (my gut) and it turns out I have lost 1" off of it… So progress Is being made!
Thanks to all of you who stop in with your support. It means a lot!

Awesome! I’m very happy for you! Just remember that Bill Phillips said something like this "Scales are not always an accurate measure of progress, as you will be gaining lean muscle which weighs more than fat." Look for a shape change more than anything else. Keep at it man!

Congrats man! I can absolutely relate to where you are at. Keep it up, the payoff is definitely worth it, even the little ones!

I was glab to read about your success! Every little step counts. The human body is an amazing thing, it adapts to pain and grows stronger! Good Luck with your goals!
