im gonna work my chest out for 2 hours then im done lifting for the day but should i take weight gainer cause i only weigh 130 and if i should should i do that before or after the work out help appricated
i weigh 130 now i can bench press 200 pounds going for 300 by the time i get out of 9th grade. now i only weigh 130 witch is somthing i do not like im short but i think i need to gain more weight anyways so i weigh 130 im 5 foot 4 do you think i should take weight gainer help apriciated.
