Lower Body High Rep DayThis was the first week that the new Recreation Center was open. The place is unbelievable but I still had to wait for some equipment. I’m sure it will start to die down soon once it gets cold… the cold separates the men for the boy and women from the girl here in New England. I’ll be making some modifications to my workout program to make it flow better cuz right now my workouts are lasting over and hour

These high reps felt great… focused on having good form today but im still having a problem with keeping my chest up
Front Squat Barbell Slide Board Lunge

These were hard especially after that last set of squats… One of the coaches of the track team worked in with us today and we talked about how these lunges are one of the best if not the best exercise you can do that will transfer over to athletics… Ill post a video next time
Band Jacknife 2 sets
Glute Ham Rasies 3 sets with green band
These are really hard but they work the whole lower body and are a staple in all Westside Programs
