Hanging Leg Extensions:14,20,20
Incline Barbell Press:10,10,15
Seated Incline Curl:12,12,10
Leg Extensions:20,20,20
Side Bends (Oblique):20,20,50

Part 2

Decline Barbell Press:10,10,10
Chest Pull (Machine):20,15,10

Good Day All,
Todays Workout was pretty good...I rested most of the day and got to the gym on a late start but was still able to get a solid 2 hours in...I only did a 1 mile run today to get heart rate up and then went into the gym:

Sit-Ups:30, 30, 30, 30,
Crunches:100, 100, 100
Hanging Leg Raises:20, 20, 20
Reg Barbell Bench Press:15, 10, 6, 3, 1, 1, 5, 7, 10, 12...........6 is 225lb, 3 is 245lb, 1 is 265lb, 1 is 275lb and 5 is back at 225
Reg Dumbell Bench Press:10, 10, 10, 10
Standing Dumbell Curls:10, 10, 10
Sitting Dumbell Curls:10, 10, 10
Squats:10, 10, 5 at 315lb
Incline Barbell Press:10, 10
Incline Dumbell Press:10, 10
Standing Barbell Curls:12, 10, 10, 12, 10, 10
Leg Extensions:20, 20

Then I was kicked out of the Base Gym because they were getting ready to close so I wasn't able to complete last set but workout was effective I believe...

Leg Extensions:15, at 150lb, 20 at 230lb, 60 at various weight

Incline Barbell Press:10 at 135lb, 10 at 185lb, 10 at 205lb
Incline Dumbell Press:10 at 55lb, 10 at 65lb, 10 a5 75lb
Standing Barbell Curl:12 at 45lb, 12 at 55lb, 10 at 65, 12 at 45lb, 12 at 65lb, 10 at 75lb, 12 at 45lb, 12 at 65lb, 10 at 75lb
Calf Raises:70, 90

Im done for the day...I hope to get in some back and shoulders tomorrow

Todays Workout was pretty basic.


 


Did a mile and half run time trial at 12:09 min


 


chest, Arms, Quads, Calfs, Shoulders...I was just moving around the gym free sspirited...Happy Mothers day to all the mothers tomorrow

The Juggernaut Challange

Whew...I needed that rest day yesterday and today was a hard and extensive workout.  It was a full body and nutrition was well in place today. 


 Today's workout with the Juggernaut supplement I got to the track to run 2 miles at 1130 - 1700 and the off to my workout. My workout today was...

Juggernaut Pre-Workout Came In

Well It is here and I am off to start The Juggernaut Challange.  Tomorrow being as day one I will test the Juggernaut Pre-Workout with my regular daily routiune of:


1. A 2-3 Mile run


2. Regular Barbell Bench......3 sets 10 reps


    Regular Dumbell Bench....3 sets 10 reps


    Standing Barbell Curl.......3 sets 10 reps


    Leg Extensions................3 sets 20 reps


    Abs worked between each set.......total 480 sit-ups



3. Incline Barbell Bench......3 sets 10 reps


    Incline Dumbell Bench....3 sets 10 reps


    Seated Dumbell Curl.......3 sets 10 reps


    Calf Raises................3 sets 70 reps


Abs worked between each set.......total 480 sit-ups



Then for a later in the evening workout I do a:



4. Decline Barbell Bench......3 sets 10 reps


    Shoulder Press...............3 sets 10 reps


    Preacher Curl.................3 sets 10 reps


    Squats..........................3 sets 20 reps


Abs worked between each set.......total 480 sit-ups



This is my normal workout and I actually did this today without the Juggernaut Pre-Workout so I am really excited about doing my workout with the supplement tomorrow...
