2007 - my status so far
Tuesday, June 12th, 2007hey there, long time no see, i know i ve been a lil lazy with this thing.
well to tell ya ll about my workouts. i just finished my egypt project ( pyramid training ) and gained 30 pounds in benchpress, squats and deathlifts. didn t gain alot of mass but again, i got stronger.
i got a new coach for the upcoming 6 month and i m pretty excited on how he will take my workouts to the next level.
we will focus on legs and shoulders since that are my weakest bodyparts….
