ey there,
i m still on the 2-split routine working out 4 times a week.
so far i cant complain about this new program. i could add some meat to my legs and my back - i m tryin to continue the 1 step at a time method till its not working for me anymore. but i realized that step by step focusing works out better than a so-called: think big to get big - goal setting.
i ll keep you posted on my further steps…

sup folks,
just got back from my power-routine day 1. including benchpress-squats-deathlifts and biceps….. been the hell of a workout and i kinda feel, like somebody kicked me right in the face.
right now - i m walking on a new path in the gym. splitting my workouts into 2 power routines and 2 technique routines
the power routines are used for pushing every rep to the limit
the technique routines are used for slow - controlled reps, forcing muscle contraction.
so far it works really well for me - combined with a 2500kcal diet i ve been able to put on some more triceps and shoulder - chest is not yet there but legs are growing more and more
i m currently in week 8 of this 12 week cycle - i ll tell u all my progress when im done!
check back for more

hey there, long time no see, i know i ve been a lil lazy with this thing.
well to tell ya ll about my workouts. i just finished my egypt project ( pyramid training ) and gained 30 pounds in benchpress, squats and deathlifts. didn t gain alot of mass but again, i got stronger.
i got a new coach for the upcoming 6 month and i m pretty excited on how he will take my workouts to the next level.
we will focus on legs and shoulders since that are my weakest bodyparts….
i ll let u know how i m doing!
