2 WEEKS IN .. ALL GOOD!!
WELL ;STARTING WEEK 3 INITIALLY LOST 6 LBS IN FIRST SIX DAYS SINCE THEN HAVE GAINED 3 BODY FAT IS DROPPING STEADILY SO THE NUMBERS ON THE SCALE AREN'T MY CONCERN AS LONG AS FAT IS DROPPING. STRANGE SET OF EVENTS THOUGH WITH WEIGHT ? BUT NUTRITION IS SPOT ON ,I'M FEELING GREAT AND GETTING ALOT OF COMMENTS ON CHANGES SO SUCCESS IS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THE SITUATION ! TOTALLY DRIVEN; SURVIVED BOTH WEEKENDS 100% CLEAN EVEN EATING OUT AT THE GOLDEN CORRAL BUFFET ! LARGE SALAD TOTALLY LOADED WITH NO DRESSING ,DIDN'T NEED IT SALAD WAS GREAT ! BACK DOING P90X FOR THIS TRANSFORMATION AND I LOVE IT !! GREAT BLEND OF WEIGHTS AND CARDIO ALL IN 1~~!! LEAN AND RIPPED ! CHEST AND BACK THIS MORNING AND CORE THIS EVENING . 9 X20 HANGING KNEE RAISES AND 4X20 DECLINE SIT UPS YESTERDAY BEFORE CHURCH MAKING THE ABS "POP!" PLANNING A 45MILE HIKING TRIP WITH MY SON LABOR DAY WEEK @ ISLE ROYALE IN MICHIGAN; SO STOKED! HAPPY MONDAY!!
