STARTED AT THE CRACK OF DAWN WITH A HILE TO THE TOP OF A SMALL KNOB(1MILE) WITH AN OVERLOOK AT THE SUMMIT . DID A FULL ISOMETRIC WORKOUT THERE AND DID 30 TRICEP DIPS AND 30 KNEE TUCKS AT EVERY BENCH ON THE WAY DOWN ALL IN ALL DID ABT 5 MILES THEN DROVE TO A GYM AND KILLED CHEST ,BI'S N TRI'S ,NOW HOME TANNING ! WHAT A GRAND DAY! PACKED MY FOOD AND ATE LIKE A CHAMP! SHOULD SLEEP WELL TONIGHT ;WORN OUT!
