Get With IT !
That seemed to allude me this week. Just had a hard time. My body 4 the last several months has been like clock work.diet and w/o’s on point. This week was crazy! Body system was off . Honestly I felt like a bear needing 2 fatten 4 hibernation! I ate more, All clean, but more .could not get satisfied! had a hard time getting up 4 w/outs. I haven’t needed an alarm clock 4 months! Everyone rest assured I did not crumble! But it was Off! Had a great w/out with legs finished up with 180 on leg extensions 4 sets of 10! only actually only missed 1 w/out this week Y/day. OH well today is a new day! strength and cardio this AM! Doubles ! thats right Doubles! I have alot of anxiety to Crush! Be strong FRIENDS!
