1 WEEK TODAY SINCE I STARTED MY INTERMITTANT FASTING. ALL PLUSSES EXCEPT AM FASTED CARDIO AND LIFTING IS WEAK! OTHER THAN THAT A++++++!!!! 8LBS DOWN FIRST WEEK(WILL TAPER OFF NOW I'M SHURE) . I FEEL BETTER EATING MORE DURING THE DAY++ NOT EATING AFTER 4PM IS VERY DOABLE HAVING EATEN CLEAN AND BALANCED DURING THE DAY!! GLUCOMANNAN IS A MUST TO KILL THE LAST OF THE HUNGER. THIS WILL WORK !! STUCK TO IT EVEN ON THE WEEKEND WHICH IS A MUST AND SO I CAME IN TODAY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WEEKEND WEIGHT GAIN!! WHEN WE WENT OUT I PACKED MY FOOD AND ATE WHAT I BROUGHT AND KEPT THE SCHEDULE THE SAME AND IT WORKED EVEN WITH THE DECREASED ACTIVITY FROM BEING OFF WORK!! IT ANSWERS THE QUESTION OF WHAT TO EAT IN THE EVENINGS?? NOTHING!! SO DON'T HAVE TO TRY TO STOP WHAT DOESN'T GET STARTED . NOT EATING IN THE EVENINGS ISN'T HURTING ANYTHING AT ALL BECAUSE I'VE UPPED MY DAILY MEALS CALS SLIGHTLY TO ACCOMODATE AND I ALSO MAKE SURE TO EAT CARBS AT EVERY MEAL AND I LOVE IT!!!

FIRST SATURDAY = SURVIVED!

30MINUITS ELLIPTICAL YESTERDAY ABS AND BICEPS .THEN BREAKFAST ,YARD WORK AT MY GARAGE AND AT HOME FIRED UP THE GRILL GRILLED SOME HAMBURGERS AND SOME GROUND TURKEY BAKED SOME SWEET POTATO AND SAUTEED SOME ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS.  HAD THAT AT ABOUT 1 PM THEN ABOUT 5 WE HAD BEEN OUT TO THE MALL ,I HAD PACKED SOME OF THE GRILLED TURKEY AND 1 SLICE OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD HAD THAT WITH AN ABSOLUTE ZERO MONSTER ! THAT WAS IT FOR THE DAY . SO FAR 8LBS DOWN THIS WEEK NEXT WEEK I WILL SEE WHAT IS REALLY GOIN ON ,BUT THIS IS GONNA WORK FOR ME ,TOTALLY DOABLE!!

5 DAYS OF INTERMITTANT FASTING ON THE BOOKS 8LBS DOWN! OH THAT CUTTING WERE AS EASY AS WEEK 1! BUT THIS IS GONNA WORK FOR ME AND I'LL TELL YOU WHY ... EATING ALL OF MY CALORIES EARLY IN THE DAY MAKES ME NOT EATING IN THE EVENINGS DOABLE . FROM BEING UNDERCALORIED ALL DAY I WOULD COME HOME HUNGRY (TOO HUNGRY!) AND HAVE TO FIGHT IT ALL EVENING THEN HAVE TO TRY TO LIMIT MYSELF, MANY TIMES TO NO AVAIL! COMPLEX CARBS THROUGH THE DAY (1 SLICE OF WHOLE WHEAT AT EACH MEAL )MAKES ME FEEL GOOD RATHER THAN LIMITING CARBS TOO MUCH & KEEPS ME SATISFIED . WHAT CAN I EAT IN THE EVENINGS ?? NOT A FLIPPING THING!!!! NOT HARD TO CONTROL WHAT WHEN THE ANSWER IS NOTHING!!LOL!! GLUCOMANNAN AND A GLASS OF WATER AT 5 & 8 PM . TO CONTROL APPETITE. NOT THAT I DON'T GET HUNGRY BUT IT KEEPS ME FROM STARVING AND HONESTLY ,IM LESS HUNGRY WITH MY 3 MEALS THAN I WAS WITH 5. PLUS THE MINDLESS EATING IS GONE . SO FAR SO GOOD IT IS THE CONTROL THAT IS GOOD FOR ME . WHEN AT WORK MY MEALS ARE CONTROLLED AT HOME NOT SO MUCH(YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) SO EATING IN THE CONTROLLED SITUATION NOT EATING AT ALL IN THE UNCONTROLLED SITUATION= SAFE= SUCCESS!! IT IS MY FIRST WEEKEND, THE ULTIMATE TEST !! BEST THING I CAN FIGURE IS TO KEEP BUSY ,PRE PORTION MY MEALS LIKE AT WORK ,EAT AT THE SAME TIME , AND NOT EAT OUT AT ALL! IT'S FRIDAY ON WEEK 7 OF TRANSFORMATION

7 WEEKS ,INSANE!!! HOW TIME IS FLYING BY! WEIGHT IS HOLDING STEADY B/F IS COMING DOWN SLOWLY TRYING TO KEEP ALL OF THE NUMBERS OUT OF MY HEAD JUST GOING FOR THE LOOK THAT I WANT. I AM SO SORE FROM THIS WEEKS W/O'S IT'S JUST LIKE I'VE NEVER DONE IT BEFORE!! MY WHOLE  LIFTING STRATEGY IS SO DIFFERENT NOW THAN EVER BEFORE LIFTNG ALL LIGHTER WEIGHTS ,SQUEEZING OUT REPS ,FOCUSING ON FORM TO PREVENT INJURY . RESULTS HAVE BEEN AMAZING!! I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF BUT I CAN SAY I AM HAPPIER LIFTING LIGHTER THAN I HAVE EVER BEEN LIFTING BIG . AND IT HASN'T EFFECTED MY SIZE / GROWTH EITHER ,I'VE HAD TO RETHINK ALOT OF THINGS THIS YEAR ABOUT LIFTING AND RESULTS THINGS THAT I WISH I HAD KNOWN YEARS AGO. BUT A WORD OF ADVICE IF YOU HAPPEN TO READ THIS "QUALITY OVER QUANTITY"!!! HOW YOU LIFT WEIGHT IS MORE IMPORTANTANT THAN HOW MUCH YOU LIFT.  REMEMBER "FULL RANGE OF MOTION!" FORGET WHATS ON THE BAR!! RIGHT NOW I'M NOT BENCHIN AT ALL!! JUST VARIED PUSHUPS AND MY CHEST IS IN THE BEST "SHAPE" OF IT'S LIFE! LOOKING TO CHANGE THING UP FOR A CYCLE ? GIVE THIS A TRY. FIND WHAT YOU CAN DO PERFECTLY 10-15 REPS SQUEEZING OUT EACH REP. FORGET THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT ,FIND THE BURN !! SUPERSET EXERCISES AND PAIR  UP TRAING  TO GET A PUSH PULL EFFECT IE. BI'S N TRI'S OR CHEST / BACK . FOCUS ON HOW YOU LIFT ,IF YOU SQUAT, NOT HOW MUCH YOU CAN SQUAT BUT HOW MUCH CAN YOU SQUAT TO THE FLOOR FOR 10 REPS?!?!?! IF YOU GET HOW MUCH YOU ARE LIFTING OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND FOCUS ON THE FORM AND FIND THE BURN AND WORKOUT FOR THE PUMP YOU WILL HAVE BETTER QUALITY MUSCLES THAN JUST LIFTING SO YOU CAN BRAG ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU LIFT. ONLY GOAL I HAVE EVER SET AND NOT REACHED IS TO BENCH 400LB (BEST EVER WAS 325) . BUT IF I WERE A LIAR I COULD TELL THEM I BENCHED 400 NOW AND THEY WOULD BELIEVE IT, POINT IN TURN: I WAS IN LOWES THE OTHER DAY CHECKING OUT ,YOUNG MAN IN HIS 20'S ASKED THE QUESTION "HOW MUCH YOU BENCHIN?" TOLD HIM "NOT BENCHING AT ALL" GOT THE RESPONSE "YEAH RIGHT??" SO HERE'S THE MORAL OF THE STORY : WOULD YOU RATHER LOOK LIKE YOU COULD BENCH 400 LB ,OR SPEND ALL OF YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET THERE LOOKING LIKE YOU MIGHT ONLY BE ABLE TO BENCH HALF THAT??  HOW MUCH DO I LIFT ?? ATE PROB 2000 CALS IN AN HOUR TILL MIND FINALLY SAID ENOUGH. THIS WASN'T CAVING IN, THIS WAS MY FIND FLIPPING A SWITCH THAT WILLPOWER WASN'T STRONG ENOUGH TO STOP!! SOME TIMES I TAKE IT A BIT TOO LOW TRYING TO SHAKE IT UP A BIT,USUALLY TO GET SHAKEN UP A BIT MYSELF!! IF YOU'VE BEEN THERE AND CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT AND YOU ARE THINKING YOU ARE WEAK,DON'T BE DISCOURAGED YOU JUST AREN'T GETTING ENOUGH CALS TO KEEP THE OLE BODY CLICKING ALONG AND THE MORE YOU "FIGHT" THIS THE MORE YOU WILL LOOSE !! I REMEMBER SOME YEARS AGO DOWN AT SOUTH BEACH 1 MORNING GRUNTING TO TIE MY SHOES,FURIOUS BEYOND BELIEF GOT HOME ORDERED P90X (BTW GRUNTED ALOT MORE ONCE IT ARRIVED!LOL!!!) AND LEFT FOR MYRTLE BEACH 6MONTHS LATER AT 6% BF 169LBS !! IN THE LAST 4 YEARS I HAVE REACHED OR EXCEEDED EVERY GOAL THAT I HAVE SET SAVE 1 WHICH IS BENCHING 400LBS. BUT SINCE THAT JOURNEY I HAVE HIT SO MANY BRICK WALLS. BUT STILL FIGHTING THROUGH. NOW I HAVE ARMS 19"+ AND AM LOOKING TO HIT SINGLE DIGIT B/F BY THIS SPRING AND BE 190-200LB RANGE. EVERY DAY I FIGHT I AM DETERMINED THAT THE SWEAT ,THE SNAPPED TENDONS ,THE PAIN THE STRAIN WILL NOT BE IN VAIN!!!! IT'S JUST AS HARD NOW, MAYBE HARDER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN, BUT I WILL IMPROVISE ,OVERCOME!! AFTER SNAPPING TENDONS IN MY RIGHT ARM LAST YEAR I REALIZED I COULD NOT LIFT AS HEAVY EVER AGAIN (BOOO HOOO!!!) SO IMPROVISED NEW PLAN HIT 20" ON ARMS ANYWAY !! I HAVE A SUPER HARD TIME LOOSING B/F (BOOO HOOO!!!) REALIZE IT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS!! HARDER FASTER LEANER STRONGER!! NO TURNING BACK NO QUITTING NO! NO!! NO!!!!!!!! DO NOT LOOK FOR PEOPLE TO MOTIVATE YOU... CANT DO IT!!! YOU GOTTA WANT CHANGE AS MUCH AS YOUR NEXT BREATH!!! I'VE BEEN SAYING I'VE WANTED SINGLE DIGIT B/F AGAIN FOR A LONG TIME ,BUT NOT BAD ENOUGH!! 5 WEEKS IN 8LBS OF FAT GONE, NOT IMPRESSIVE YOU SAY ?? DOESN'T SOUND DRIVEN YOU SAY!! BUT MY CHANGES ARE RIGHT ON THE MARK ,LOOSING FAT ONLY AND ALL 8 LBS GONE ARE FAT ONLY BECAUSE I'M SHRINKING UP BUT BODYWEIGHT IS STAYING THE SAME !! BEST CASE SCENARIO!  I AM WORTH IT!! AND SO ARE YOU !! BUT YOU'VE GOTTA TAKE THE HITS!! GO GET WHAT YOUR WORTH!!FIND THE DRIVE INSIDE!!

MENTAL CHALLENGES : ADDRESSED!

SEVERAL THINGS YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN BEGINNING A JOURNEY, SOME GOOD SOME CAN DESTROY YOU!


1: BREAKING CODEPENDANCY : MANY IF NOT MOST PEOPLE LOOKING TO TRANSFORM THEMSELVES PHYSICALLY ALSO NEED TO TRANSFORM THEMSELVES EMOTIONALLY. ALWAYS LOOKING TO OTHERS FOR AFFIRMATION SETS YOU UP TO 1 BE DESTROYED BY HATERS! 2: BE DESTROYED BY PREDATORS!! I SEE ALOT OF WOMEN ESPECIALLY,WHO IN SEARCH OF POSITIVE AFFIRMATION KEEP THIER T&A ON CLOSE FOCUS AT ALL TIMES ASSURING THE "HORNDOG" VOTE WILL BE STEADY.THIS IS DESTRUCTIVE PHYSICALLY BECAUSE FOR 1 IT ALLOWS THEM TO KEEP A SUBSTANDARD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND STILL RECIEVE THE "AFFERMATION"  THAT THEY SO DESIRE,BUT IT SETS THEM UP AS WELL TO BE PLAYED BY MEN WHO SEE THIS WEAKNESS AND NOW HOW TO USE IT FOR THIER ADVANTAGE . MEN ARE JUST AS SUCCEPTABLE ! HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE ATTENTION THAT YOU GET?? THERE ARE ROLLER COASTERS WE GET ON WHEN WE SART TO MAKE REAL PROGRESS AND ATTENTION IS GIVEN THAT PROVOKES INAPROPRIATE DESIRE WHICH IS DESTRUCTIVE TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! BOTH ISSUES HAVE THE SAME ROOT , AN EMPTYNESS THAT IS SEEKING TO BE FILLED. SO AS YOU GROW YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS AND REALIZE YOUR NEED TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!! AND FOCUSING ON STRENGTHENING THE INNER YOU! BE DETERMINED TO PRESENT REAL RESULTS, THAT WILL BOTH CONTINUE TO MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE YOU FROM WITHIN! YOUR STRENGTH WILL BE CONTAGIOUS AND IT WILL LEAD OTHER TO THE SUCCESS THAT THEY REALLY NEED ... "SELF CONFIDENCE!" DO NOT LET PEOPLES OPINION OF YOU DRIVE YOU!! DO NOT SEEK OUTWARD MOTIVATION!! RELEASE IT FROM WITHIN!! LEARN CONTROL BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY! AND REALIZE EVERY WEAKNESS AND CRUSH THEM!!

ARE YOU OVERLY AGRESSIVE??

EXTREME IS GOOD ... BUT THERE IS A LINE WHERE EXTREME BECOMES COUNTER PRODUCTIVE! NUTRITIONALLY MANY PEOPLE WILL UNDEREAT WANTING "FAST RESULTS" = FAIL!! LIFTING PEOPLE WILL LIFT TOO MUCH WANTING "FAST RESULTS" = FAIL! WORKING OUT HARD ,EATING STRICT ARE BOTH ESSENTIAL  BUT IN THE CASE OF WORKING OUT FORM IS EVERYTHING ! REMEMBER QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!! I BLEW OUT MY RIGHT ARM LAST YEAR CURLING 195 = GAME OVER !!  LESSON LEARNED ,BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THE ONLY WAY TO HIT 20" WAS TO LIFT SUPER HEAVY,BUT I HIT 20" ANYWAY BY FOCUSING ON MY FORM AFTER I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE! SO DO IT RIGHT AND AVOID PERMANENT DAMAGE ! REMEMBER ITS ABOUT GETTN RESULTS NOT ABOUT GETTN HURT!! AND NUTRITIONALLY SO MANY PEOPLE THAT ARE REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT GETTN RIPPED END UP CUTTING TOO MANY CALORIES WHICH SETS THEM UP FOR FEEDING FRENZIES,SUGAR DROPS  ETC ETC! WHICH = FAIL . SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE!! THIS IS MY FOURTH WEEK AT THIS CUT: DOWN 8 LBS, BUT I HAVE LOST ALL FAT AND HAVE KEPT MY MUSCLE! THE SCALE IS JUST A TRIVIAL OBJECT ANYWAY BECAUSE SO MANY THINGS CAN EFFECT WEIGHT FROM WATER WEIGHT,TO WEIGHT IN YOUR COLON ETC SO DON'T LET THE SCALE DEFINE YOU !! LOOK AT PEOPLE ON HERE SAME HIGHT AND WEIGHT BUT TOTALLY DIFFERENT LOOK ! 1 JACKED UP 1 SOFT AS A MARSHMELLOW! SO TAKE THE TIME FIND NUTRITIONAL AND FITNESS PLANS THAT YOU CAN "LIVE" WITH AND DON'T HURT YOURSELF !!! THIS IS ABOUT GETTING BETTER NOT KILLING YOURSELF!!
