week 3, day 2
Today's back and biceps day was a lot better than last week. My lats were a little stronger and took more of a beating. Biceps seemed a little under. 30lbs is usually easy for me to do alt dbl curls, but today it was a challenge just to get the minimum number. In contrast, last year's workout of this day was awful - no strength but still sweaty. Today was the opposite for both.
I cannot do close grip pullups with my legs elevated. It just doesn't happen, and it looks like last year I had the same issue.
Weighed 190 exactly this morning. Very good!
