week 2, day 4
This was not one of my better sessions. I had back and biceps. My lat strength is totally gone. Reverse grip pldns are kinda easy for me, but to do them wide - I've got nothing. 85 lbs is a struggle for me. Didn't used to be so, and today is not just a fluke. This is a regular occurence, and a major concern. It seems my chest got stronger while my lats suffered. :confused:
I was pretty tired long before this was over. I think it's because of the exertions of the past three days finally catching up to me. I refuse to let my body tell me I'm getting old when I know I'm not.
Slept pretty well! And the hunger pains have quieted. But my feet hurt and I'm already getting burned out on this. I hate the horse pills I'm taking daily, and I am already sick of steak. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all?
