week 1, day 4
Today's workout was quite good, but very tiring. My back - usually the weakest part - was quite strong and had lots of stamina. Reverse pldns sucked as usual - just weak in the lats - but everything else was good. Biceps were pretty fatigued when it was their turn. Conc curls super hard, even with light weight. I did 40lbs last year, but today I could do only 20. Not great. But very pumped anyway.
